Duties

• Help own and drive enterprise identity architecture strategy, aligning Entra ID capabilities with business, security, and digital transformation objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of complex identity solutions, including global authentication and access control frameworks.
• Architect and govern hybrid identity ecosystems integrating Active Directory and Entra ID, ensuring resiliency, scalability, and high availability.
• Define and enforce advanced authentication strategies (SSO, MFA, Conditional Access) aligned to Zero Trust and risk-based access models.
• Lead enterprise-wide identity lifecycle and governance programs, driving automation, standardization, and measurable reduction in manual processes.
• Design and oversee role-based access control (RBAC) and privileged access frameworks, ensuring least privilege and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the technical lead for application integration strategy, guiding federation, SSO enablement, and identity provisioning patterns at scale.
• Lead critical incident response and root cause analysis efforts, implementing systemic fixes to improve platform stability and security posture.
• Drive optimization of identity data architecture, governance, and integrations to ensure consistency and interoperability across systems.
• Partner with senior security and business leaders to shape identity-first security strategies and embed identity into enterprise risk management.
• Define and evolve enterprise identity standards, roadmaps, and engineering best practices, influencing long-term direction.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and promoting engineering excellence.
• Oversee development of comprehensive identity architectures, documentation, and integration designs for global adoption.
• Lead audit and compliance initiatives, ensuring identity controls meet regulatory and internal security requirements.
• Drive continuous innovation through automation, platform modernization, and adoption of advanced Entra capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Advanced Microsoft and identity/security certifications strongly preferred (e.g., Entra ID, Azure, Zero Trust)
